Making Waves with CalMac. Hen Hoose Collective.

The next film in our Making Waves series for Caledonian MacBrayne has landed, this time featuring the excellent Hen Hoose Collective.

We caught up with Hen Hoose founder Tamara Schlesinger to hear about their amazing adventures on the Isle of Lewis, where they wrote and recorded an entire album - The Twelve - over a week's stay at the island's Black Bay Studios.

Thanks to the team at The Queen's Hall in Edinburgh, for giving us access to record the band as they prepared for their recent gig, and thanks also to Pete from Black Bay Studios who allowed us to pop in to grab some footage (and have a shot of the drums too).

We'll have some more of these little films popping up over the next month or so. it's been a great project to work on, thanks to the CalMac crew for trusting us with it.
