For our 21st Gab creative event we celebrated in some style, with a special guest appearance from original Oasis drummer Tony McCarroll.
25 years to the day in which Oasis debut single Supersonic was released, Tony joined us for a Q&A, giving a behind the headlines insight into his time with the band - as they rocketed from a rehersal room in Manchester to touring the world and headlining Glastonbury.
It was a very special evening, full of honest insight in to what happens when fame hits so quickly. The good, the bad and the ugly.
Leading the Q&A was Scottish author David Keenan, who was well placed to quiz Tony, having shared the same stage with his band at King Tutts on the fateful night when Oasis were signed in 1993.
Thanks to everyone who joined us. To David for being an excellent host, Drygate for the great venue and mostly to Tony for his very open and honest insight into life with Oasis.
We're busy planning our next event - to keep up to date with the latest Gab news and events you can join the list at gab.scot
